If I ever had to pick only one herb for the rest of my life, it would be Tulsi. At any point during the day when I feel overwhelmed or emotionally drained, I sip some Tulsi tea and everything will feel okay.
In addition to relieving stress and anxiety, Tulsi is also great for preventing infections and fighting the common cold. It can speed up healing of wounds, ease joint pain, normalise blood sugar and blood pressure as well as supporting digestion. Tulsi is also great for skin and hair health.
